Purpose: Students should learn how to send and receive emails, upload and download files to and from emails.

No. of Classes

Two classes for 20 students with five computers.

Internet connection, Open office.

    Students should have an EMail account.

    Exercise:1


    1. Send an email to your friend about going to Kodaikanal on a tour and attach a video of Kodaikanal.

    Exercise:2


    2. Request a friend of yours to send a video to your email Id. Once you receive the email, save the video in your local file.


    Teacher's Instruction
    1. Teachers should create a Group email id for each group of students.
    2. Disclose the password to all the students in that group.
    3. Teachers should ensure that all the students participate.
    4. Motivate the students to send an email to their teacher (Asha computer teacher).
